Overall we had a nice stay in the hotel, and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a suitable stay near the city. The hotel is conveniently located near all the attractions in the area, and offers an array of amenities and comforts. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the breakfast selection was good.

The staff provided an excellent and welcoming reception from the moment we arrived, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I had initially booked a room that felt a bit small for me, my wife, and our baby, but they kindly upgraded us to a King Deluxe room at no extra cost. The parking was convenient, with plenty of free spaces available. The bathroom had strong water pressure with consistently hot water. The hotel’s location is central, right in the heart of Riyadh.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything from the warm welcome at check-in to the overall service made my visit truly enjoyable. The hotel is comfortable, cosy, tidy. The staff are friendly and welcoming at the front desk. We were also able to check out late, so it helped a lot with our flight schedule. The pool and sky view area is a nice addition as well as on-site gym. The room facilities are excellent.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always responding quickly to any request. The place is very clean, and women are allowed to use the gym, which is a great plus. The location is excellent, providing easy access to any part of the city. The breakfast was delightful, made even better by the cheerful smiles of the staff serving it. I fully recommend staying at this hotel and will choose it every time I travel to Riyadh. Special thanks to Mr. Dori Moawad, Mr. Mahmoud Khatib, and Mr. Amr, who made it feel like home.

Swift reaction of staff to m< comment regarding the below-average first room (large a/c units directly on the outside wall, making incredible noise). Next room was great. Also helped immediately when I thought I had forgotten my cap (which I later found) Nice roof top terrace though service can be improved (range of drinks/snacks).

Beautiful, well furnished room with a lovely view. I liked that they provided 2 sets of toiletries and that the monogram on the slippers and bathrobes matched. The staff was so thoughtful as they delivered a fruit tray to my room when we returned at midnight after touring the Boulevard. The Reception area was beautifully decorated with free sweets, dates, and beverages. The sumptious buffet breakfast was so worth the price! I will definitely be booking in here on all my trips to Riyadh!
